Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees.
Shipping
Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand fabricated in our NYC studio so please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your piece. Selecting faster shipping options will not speed up the time it takes to make the jewelry.If you would like to request a rush order please contact the studio at customerservice@sophieratner.com and we are happy to meet your needs.
International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. International Custom Duties are not included in the shipping fee. International orders may be charged customs fees by the destination country's government and these are not included in the shipping fee.
Returns
Necklaces, earrings and bracelets are returnable for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Rings and special orders are not returnable.
Repairs
We stand by the quality of our work and guarantee quality with normal wear for one year. We will provide free repairs on any item damaged within a year of purchase. Items that need repair after a year may be returned, but there will be a charge for the repair. Repairs take 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you require a repair and we will be happy to help as best we can.
