Sophie Ratner is partnering with Time’s Up on a pendant necklace in an effort to
bring awareness to safe, fair and dignified work for women of all kinds. Inspired by
a clock, the necklace represents that time is up for the epidemic of sexual
harassment and assault in the workplace. 30% of the purchase price of each necklace is donated to Time's Up.
