Sophie worked with this engagement client who studied jewelry and metal smithing at RISD, bringing their personally designed ring to life. The goal was to create a simple, modern ring highlighting a unique hexagonal center stone.

While the band setting was straightforward, Sophie was challenged to source the perfect diamond to cut into the design’s optimal shape. After multiple consultations, they settled on an ideal emerald hand-cut into an elongated hexagonal shape.
