Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs and customs duties will apply, and are calculated at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
If the item is in stock orders will be processed in 2-5 business days. If the item is made to order, production takes about 3-4 weeks. Personalized or engraved pieces can take 4+ weeks. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Product
We primarily work with recycled 14k gold and conflict-free lab-grown white diamonds. Other precious stones such as rubies or sapphires come from ethically vetted suppliers.
As most of our jewelry is made to order - necklaces, charms, earrings and bracelets are returnable for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Rings and special orders are not returnable. Email us customerservice@sophieratner.com and we’ll take you through the process. All Sale purchases are final.
Many of our styles can be engraved and personalized. Have a look at the engraving collection to see all the options. We also do custom projects all the time so feel free to be in touch regarding a personalization request.
