Shipping
Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand-finished in our NYC, please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive pre-order designs. Note production timelines on product pages. If you would like to request a rush order, please contact us at customerservice@sophieratner.com , and we are happy to meet your needs. We keep a small selection of in stock and ready to ship items, that ship in 1-3 business days.
International
International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. International customs duties are not always included in the shipping fee. The destination country's government may charge international orders customs fees, and these are not included in the shipping fee.
Returns
Necklaces, earrings, charms, and bracelets are returnable for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Rings can be resized for a small fee, or exchanged on a case by case basis. Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled after they've entered the production phase and custom designs cannot be cancelled or returned. Special orders and exchanged items are final.
Repairs
We stand by the quality of our work and guarantee quality with normal wear for one year. We will provide free repairs on any item damaged within a year of purchase. Items that need repair after a year may be returned, but there may be a charge for the repair. Repairs take 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you require a repair and we will be happy to help as best we can.
