Shipping
Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand-fabricated in our NYC studio, so please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your piece. Selecting faster shipping options will not speed up the time it takes to make the jewelry. If you would like to request a rush order, please contact the studio at customerservice@sophieratner.com, and we are happy to meet your needs.
International
International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. International customs duties are not included in the shipping fee. The destination country's government may charge international orders customs fees, and these are not included in the shipping fee.
Returns
Necklaces, earrings, charms and bracelets are returnable for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Rings and special orders are not returnable. All sale purchases are final.
Repairs
We stand by the quality of our work and guarantee quality with normal wear for one year. We will provide free repairs on any item damaged within a year of purchase. Items that need repair after a year may be returned, but there will be a charge for the repair. Repairs take 2-4 weeks. Please contact us if you require a repair and we will be happy to help as best we can.
