Shipping

Each piece of jewelry is carefully hand-finished in NYC, please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive pre-order designs. Please take note of production timelines on product pages. If you would like to request a rush order, please contact us at customerservice@sophieratner.com , and we are happy to meet your needs. We keep a small selection of in stock and ready to ship items, that ship in 1-3 business days.

International

International orders are responsible for their own return shipping. International customs duties are not always included in the shipping fee. The destination country's government may charge international orders customs fees, and these are not included in the shipping fee.

Returns

Necklaces, earrings, charms, and bracelets are returnable for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Rings can be resized for a small fee, or exchanged on a case by case basis. Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled after they've entered the production phase and custom designs cannot be cancelled or returned. Special orders and exchanged items are final. 

Repairs

We are committed to the quality of our work and offer complimentary repairs on any item damaged within one year of purchase. For items needing repair after one year, returns are accepted, and a fee may apply, depending on the type of repair. Most repairs are completed within 2–4 weeks. If you need a repair, please contact us—our team is ready to assist you.
