Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs and customs duties will apply, and are calculated at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

If the item is in stock orders will be processed in 2-5 business days. If the item is made to order, production takes about 3-4 weeks. Personalized or engraved pieces can take 4+ weeks. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method or local pickup (for NYC only) during checkout.

We primarily work with recycled 14k gold and conflict-free lab-grown white diamonds. Other precious stones such as rubies or sapphires come from ethically vetted suppliers.

Necklaces, earrings, charms and bracelets are returnable for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Rings and special orders are not returnable. Orders cannot be cancelled after they've entered the production phase. Custom designs cannot be cancelled or returned. All sale purchases are final.

We stand by the quality of our fine jewelry, but gold is malleable and accidents happen. We suggest not wearing any products especially Engagement rings and tennis pieces during strenuous activity. For our more delicate pierced diamond bracelets and necklaces, as these stones are laser-drilled without a setting, please wear with care: forgo stacking with other chunkier styles, and be wary of working out, sleeping, or showering. Free repairs are offered up to 1 year after the delivery date.
