A 5mm round lab grown diamond is laser-drilled at the top of the stone, dangles on a platinum jump ring attached to a  solid 14k gold bar with a standard post. The diamond sways, and shines with your movement. Sold as a single or a pair. 

Shown in the second piercing, paired with the 1 carat round in the first piercing.
