A sparkling 1 carat pear lab grown diamond is laser-drilled at the top of teh stone, dangles on a platinum jump ring attached to a solid 14k gold bar with a standard post. The diamond sways, and shines with your movement. Sold as a single or a pair. 

Shown in the video in the first piercing, paired with the 1/2 carat pear in the second piercing.
