1973 Diamond Necklace

Sophie Ratner Jewelry x Physicians for Reproductive Health collaborative necklace commemorates the 45th anniversary of the historic 1973 Roe v. Wade Supreme Court Decision. A portion of proceeds will be donated to the organization to help them continue their important work. 

This solid 14k gold 1973 design is embedded with white pave set diamonds on a 14k sparking chain. 18" with a loop to be worn at 16".
