All of our bridal designs are made with IGI-certified lab-grown diamonds (GIA by request; an additional fee will apply), hand-selected by Sophie in the best DE color and VS clarity available. The settings are designed with solid 14k gold in yellow, rose, or white gold. If you’re looking for a natural stone, a different diamond shape, diamond ratio,  carat size, or color/quality, or metal, contact us here.

All of our engagement rings and wedding bands are meticulously hand-finished at our production house in New York. You can customize your ring by selecting your preferred center stone shape, size, setting, and gold color. Our bridal and engagement designs are made to order, with a shipping time of approximately three weeks. Please refer to the production timeline on each product page for more details.

Each design is carefully handcrafted to order. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery, and keep the estimated production timeline in mind. If you wish to request a rush order, please contact our studio at customerservice@sophieratner.com. Please note that selecting faster shipping options will not expedite the jewelry-making process.

All ring shipments are insured. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships. Sales tax will be added at checkout if applicable.

Engagement ring and wedding band orders require a signature upon delivery. You are responsible for accepting delivery. Sophie Ratner is not liable for lost or delayed packages once shipped. If your order is returned due to failed delivery, you must pay for re-shipment.

We will help track packages lost in transit, but we are not responsible once proof of delivery is provided. Please provide a secure shipping address.

Engagement rings, wedding bands, and custom or engraved orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer complimentary repairs and a one-year warranty for any item damaged within a year of purchase. Repairs for wear and tear, negligence, lost pieces, improper storage, chemical damage, or third-party modifications are not covered. Center stone replacements are excluded, but missing pave stones are replaced within a year. Repairs after one year may incur a fee. Customers pay for shipping both ways. Most repairs take 3-4 weeks. For repair, resizing, or sizing beads, contact customerservice@sophieratner.com. For care, avoid wearing pieces when using chemicals, doing strenuous activity, lifting heavy objects, or swimming.
